I wish I could go to as many aways as Frank & get as pissed as him whilst on the away days.

Maybe there's something to be said for being a simpleton.

I've met Frank a few times and referring to him as 'mentally ill' on a public forum is on dangerous ground IMO.

No one asks him to take his top off at every match, it's just something he does because he likes the attention. He likes getting cunted on matchday, so do I and so do the majority of the people I go to the match with.

It's a football match not the ballet FFS.

Say what you like Squidge but Frank clearly as issues that most of the rest of us don't.

Take the piss out of / encouraging someone to do something that no normal person would do - just so you can laugh at them is wrong in my book even if you don't have any problem with it.

Is Frank an alcoholic, does he have mental issues - I'm not qualified to say - but read the following - maybe the answer is somewhere in here? -

Half of alcoholics and drug addicts suffer from mental health problems

The charity Turning Point have released a report suggesting that 50% of all alcoholics and drug addicts suffer from mental illness, in the UK at least.

Unfortunately many people still associate the term ‘mental illness’ with considerable stigma – as it may conjure up images of psychosis. However the illnesses referred to here are primarily depression and anxiety.

The main point to consider from this is that alcoholics or drug addicts are struggling with addiction as a way to deal with their mental health. Alcohol or drug use often arises as a means of dealing with emotional problems, then from there they develop into additional problems in their own right.

Many alcoholics wonder why they have such a difficult time with alcohol, when others around them seem to cope with it more easily. The answer is often that they have other mental health problems which are not being dealt with.

The only way to beat alcoholism or addiction then is usually to find other ways to deal with depression or anxiety. Once those are having less of an impact on your emotional life, then the purely ‘habit’ element can be addressed.

Who said hes a alcoholic? He may just like to get pissed up on a match day.

Have you lot never been drunk and done something daft in front of a crowd?

If he was in fits of tears because people were laughing at him then thats out of order, but it looks as though he was loving it,and good on him.

Get a grip soft lads.

If he's on some sort of benefits for being "ill" , as has been inimated, then I'm happy to know my taxes are being well spent each weekend.
