Sounds very much like what happended at Villa park a couple of years back when Nolan bollocked the team at full time.

A FURIOUS Nigel Reo-Coker read the riot act to Wanderers’ under-performing stars after their dismal 3-1 defeat at Swansea

David Wheater admitted there were things that needed saying if the confidence-sapped club are to halt their alarming slump.

“Nigel is a good character and he had a word in the changing room but that’s what you need sometimes,” said the defender.

“I can’t say [what he said] but a few players said a few things and it was right what the lads said. Sometimes it needs to be said.”

This is the kind of fight that we need, I reckon we will do Stoke now.

Here's hoping it has the desired affect as it will go 1 of 2 ways.

Spur the team on to get themselves out of this mess and beat stoke, or at least a good performance on sunday or....well you know the worst case scenario.

Yes I noticed, we all noticed.  What difference does it make? It is not like Reo-Coker is going to start running to the papers to say this and that, look at Scott Parkers supposed influential team talk at half time last season that supposedly turned things around.  If not for Carlton Cole we may never have even heard about it so these things often come via a third party.

My question would be why is our Captain or captain for that game not saying anything, we really are lacking any fcuking fighers in that team.

This is Owen Coye's job. Supported by Kevin Davies.

Coyle out.

Coyle was too busy blaming Mark Clattenburg and Ricardo Gardner (both) for the defeat to have noticed.  Kevin Davies was probably halfway home by then.
