Just listened to Coyle's after match interview and, no surprise, he blames it on Gardner's red card. No one would dispute that playing with only 10 men is a handicap but how many times have we failed to beat, and even lost, to 10 men teams? Must be something to do with team spirit, man management, motivation or morale I guess. If players think a sending off is harsh I would expect them to try harder not give up.

Coyle out!

Being down to10 men has given Coyle all the excuses he needs again.

He also lies by saying "the first yellow was his first foul" which is not true he absolutely clattered someone early on in the game and was let off because clattenberg played an advantage.

so his next foul was bound to be a yellow - and it was.

Under Coyle we've seemingly always got ten men. The disciplinary record has been horrendous.

Very true.

Gardner's sending off only quickened our defeat, Swansea were all over us well before Gardner acted like a tw*t.

Coyle would get more respect if he just admitted we were shite.

Gardner was warned several times in the 1st half, before he got the 1st yellow.

On the "highlights" and I use the term loosely, Battenberg clearly tells Gardner that he had no option to book him after the previous 5 fouls.

I detest this ref, but he was right yesterday.

How Gardener didn't get booked for the first one I saw on MOTD I will never know, he went straight through him.

Not been posting much lately as I am thoroughly fed up of how things this season.

Mich; please tell me you're not thinking about supporting West Brom again?

I must be honest I feel I am losing interest in Bolton, there never seems anything to get excited about any more. We lose game after game after game. I mean we've lost 13 of our last 15 league games, what on earth is going on? How can you get excited about things when we lose every game we play nowadays. Our next 4 fixtures look tough - Stoke home, WBA away, Everton home, Spurs away. We'll lose probably 2 or 3 of them but who cares - no one at the club seems to care.
Coyle needs to go now before its too late. He is incapable of turning this around. I am sad it hasn't worked out for Coyle, he's a great guy and he's tried his best but tactically he is just no good.

Part of me says Coyle really can't be blamed for the incredible acts of stupidity we've seen from the likes of Klasnic, Wheater, and now Gardner.  Then again, it has happened so often this season that you might say that Coyle just hasn't cultivated any discipline in the squad.
