Time for a re think or time to give the same players one more chance?

Tell you what. Here is my eleven. See what you think. Can we win?

Bogdan

Steinsson Cahill Wheater Gardner
Muamba
Pratley    Mavies   ReoCoker
.......Kakuta
Ngog...

Muamba sits in front of central defence making it solid and mopping up. Mavies is our creative force in the middle who can provide and burst forward with Kakuta and Ngog. Pratley and Coker can be defensive minded and bulk up the midfield but also one of their main duties is to protect their full back. That comes ahead of everything else. They dont need to worry about the middle we got Mavies and Muamba in there. Davies, Petrov and Eagles are all likely to perform better off the bench.

We'll play a "2nd string" type of team, thrash Arse's kids (take that how you will) and then against Sheep shaggers, Coyle will go back to the team that's getting dicked week in, week out. bwfcbobITKFact.

You can't really leave Eagles out, he may be shite but he's the only midfielder this season who's created anything.

And while I think Mavies has been pants, I would give him a game at Arsenal.

I'd play Eagles, Muamba, Mavies, NRC, Petrov across the middle with Ngog upfront on his own.

At half-time yesterday, I did shout for Stelios & Johannson to get their kit on for the 2nd half, but it fell on deaf ears.

As BWFCBob says, what's the point of a brave new formation & players if the performance & result are going to be ignored for the next Prem game ?

Does anyone think a cup run will help our league form?

They do see success breeds success...

Mine would be:

                                      Boggers

         Boyota          Cahill            Bix             Gardener

Muamba     Reo-Coker (both sitting and protecting)

              Tuncay          Mavies (free role)   Kakuta

                                       Eggnog

How come people are still picking Robinson when at the same time everybody is slagging him off?

Oh I see. Your right he will probably continue to pick these shocking performers.

What do you think of my line-up? Its a bit defensive but we are away at Arsenal. Football people always say when things are going wrong you need to start by sorting out the back. I think we just need to try and put in an ultra defensive perfromance and grind out a 0-0 or something, and then we can try and build on that.

To be honest we could really do without this cup game and I won't be that bothered to go out. The squad is thin as it is, if we get any more injuries then we are really in deep shíte.

Does anyone know if the League Cup can be seen online or in a pub at this stage?

What do you think of my line-up?

It's more or less the same as what I think it will be really. I'd play Gardner left back like you and wouldn't mind Muamba getting in for Pratley. I'm not sure Boyata will play though after getting injured on Saturday.

I've not played on computer games since I was about 18 Sharps. My kids keep me well occupied when i'm not at the match. Apart from footy, The Sopranos and Idiot Abroad I don't find much time for owt else, get the violins out!

There's only one football game worth playing - Kick Off 2.

The genre has gone backwards ever since.

Quite right. Don't take pity on them. I have a ginger person at work who can see what I'm writing right now. He's a prick.
