Would a text message be ok?

Do it in writing, you don't want to be involved in two court cases this year.

Bloody hell. I've not written anything in over 2 years and now this cúnt is causing me to get the old fountain pen out. He's definitely got to go now.

As for the other court case.....I am looking forward to my day in court. I'm innocent and will piss myself laughing when you get sent down. I bet you cry.

That was actually one of his arguments last time I warned him. He said it would waste more time. So I told him he could only go for a smoke on his breaks and at lunch. Which he seemed to think was unreasonable.

I was a manager for about 2 years and i had a dude always taking smoke breaks.

Every time he went out not on a break i put him down as AWOL and informed HR.

He didn't get sacked but he soon got pissed off and moved department.... result.

I'll sleep with the judge, I'll be ok.

I smoke, But smoking in the office is not good, Health and safety will come down on you like a ton of brick's.

Good for you Magoo. Twenty Park Drive or Capstans full strength never did anyone any harm. My grandfather smoked 40 cigs a day and it never concerned him in the slightest.

By all accounts it's the smokers who are keeping this country afloat with the amount of money they pay in taxes for their tabs.  I am sure my grandfather would have done his bit for the cause but alas I never knew him. He died at twenty eight from emphysema.
