Davies IMO has been very ineffective so far this season. He was left out of the team at Villa and we won. I don't think Davies has a lot to offer against someone like Mertesacker whereas Ngog and Kakuta's pace could cause them problems. If you were in Owen Coyle's shoes would you start with Davies at Arsenal?

I wouldn't. In the past, I'd say yes but I think we should play the same team, as Tuesday.

Fúcking hell Malc. Why not just put this in one of the existing Arsenal threads?
I wouldn't start Kevin Davies on Saturday. He won't get fúck all from Twattenburg.
So lets try something different.

I wouldn't, but I think we all know that OC will. IMO we should keep the same team as tuesday, but with Jussi, Petrov and NRC.

It's a tough call. On the one hand, I think he won't get anything from Clattenburg, but on the other hand, he should be able to make Koscielny his bitch.

Instead of Bogdan, Kakuta and Muamba respectively. Happy now?

Hilarious how some people are trying to make out Coyle played a master stroke by leaving Davies, Knight & co out of the team.
He did it to rest his first team, the fact we won was just a fluke. It'll be the usual suspects at Arsenal, I'd like to think he'll pick Ngog to replace Klasnic but I suspect he'll go with the boring option and pick Tuncay.

Megson did the same thing in Europe, kept hoping the 2nd stringers would lose, but they didn't.
