If you want to get to the route of the problem do yourself a favour and go stand outside the hotel after the next home match and watch the players emerge in their armani suits, laughing and joking irrespective of the result as they make their way into their ridiculous supercars no doubt off to the cashpoint to check that their £30,000 has gone in this week.

None of them could give 2 F***** about the fans.

I wear Armani as do other normal people, I'm sure. I presume this poster has a chip on their shoulder or they're a wind up.

Why did you all decide to have a go at the opening poster? All he did was state that the players probably dont really care about playing for the shirt like they used to do.

I can imagine Coyle, McGinley, Branagan all being gutted if they ever put in a spineless performance like we keep seeing at the Reebok. The current crop dont seem to have that connection in them. How about a decent debate about it instead of being hard internet bullys?

the root of the problem is zat knight and its taken people a long while to realise it, yes there are other ones, but he is the main one, clean sheet tonight with wheater says it all, dont care if i dont see him play again this season seems a really nice bloke when i spoke to him recently but a liability on the pitch.

I'm not Zat Knight's biggest fan, but I think it's a bit harsh to say he's the root of the problem.

It's no surprise a filthy, cheap, brass licker has issues with empowered women. I also don't buy suits, but never mind.

Women should never need a suit, an apron yes but never a suit.

That's the problem when you work with women. They can't keep things to themselves and go around gossiping.

If you want to pick out an individual player as being the root of the problem I'd go for either Muamba or Robbo.
Robbo because he is so inneffective that opposition teams now target him as the weak link - as evidenced by all 5 of Manure goals coming from our left.
Muamba for being dropped, at which point we shipped a dozen or so goals in three matches.
When Muamba is reinstated and Robbo is dropped, we keep the first clean sheet in ages and get a good away win against a strong Villa side.

Maybe it's because Knight wasn't there, maybe it was because we played 451, but I think it's because Pratley and Holden had the frreedom to run the midfield in the knowledge that Muamba was covering their ass.
And that Robbo was dropped.

If you're having a go at players attitudes, I reckon that if OC does the sensible thing and doesn't guarantee a first team place to any player, they'll buck their ideas up a bit. Nowt like a bit of competition for places to forge positive attitudes.

I agree with all of this.

I understand the thinking in this but
a left back is not a center back meaning they need support from the left wing to slow the attack or give the extra number in defense
You cant just say one player is the root of the problem
It is the fact of missing players ie Holden AND Petrov being used as a attacking wing
Petrov does not defend therefore left back gets hung out to dry
With a better mid in play our left back will get better support and leak fewer goals from the left
All we have to do then is fix the center back issue
This too is simple slide Cahill over and play Boyeta drop Knight and save Wheater for when we get a injury

boyata has not played a single game at centre half for us yet, but he is the answer eh, well from what ive seen of him defending the central defensive areas so far i say he is not, has given two goals away already, wheater for me.
