I don't always drink 10 beers and eat crisp buttys. It's Saturday and I've been the football.
Tomorrow I will have an apple after I've been jogging, potatoes and chicken for lunch, chicken buttys for tea and some melon a little later. Not too bad imo.

I lied.
I had toast for breakfast followed by my second big mac meal in two days.
I disgust myself.

There is almost a class system in place when it comes to healthy eating. The lower down the socio-economic ladder people tend to be the more shíte they tend to eat. Most of it is out of laziness and generations of not really knowing any better.
You can always cook a much healthier tastier meal for cheaper than you ever could from out of a packet or take away if yo put your mind to it.

I've just had a chinese take away. I've been terrible this weekend. I blame drinking yesterday.
Tomorrow is the start of my new healthy eating lifestyle.

I used to be a chinese take away fiend but now make my own and reckon they're just as good.
I'm getting old, I know.

Not sure if it's just me, but they never quite filled me up.

They are.
Except I have to stand there and make it. I am in lazy mode today.

You need to buy more then. Get some chips or some extra noodles or whatever. I'm pretty full now tbh.
For an hour or two anyway.
