My diet isn't the best. I eat what I want when I want. I've never had a problem with my weight though so have never really watched what I eat. This is obviously not a good idea and will probably result in me having a heart attack if I don't change. Do you watch what you eat? And what healthy food do you eat?

Bread is the worst thing you can have. I just cut that out and it worked wonders. I just have a bowl of weetavix at lunch and then just have a big tea.

I do drink lots of water actually.

I don't think I could have just one proper meal a day though.

I would have thought bread and water is all you would eat to be fair.

I'm exactly the same. I tell myself (probably foolishly) that because I exercise a lot that my diet doesn't really matter.

If I'm being honest I don't really care what people say. I'm as fit as most people 10 years my junior and there's not an ounce of fat on me.

Part of life is experiencing great food, not sitting in front of The Weakest Link eating rabbit food.

You might be as fit as most people 10 years younger than you. Most people are pretty unfit imho.

Unless you change your diet you've every chance of having a heart attack or something.

Great food can be healthy.

So they say anyway.

All about moderation. Too much of one thing is bad for you.

I don't fry stuff and hardly ever drink alcohol so I'll chance it.

Football and Tits is the exception to that rule.

What unhealthy things do you eat then?

So far today I've eaten a bacon butty and an apple.
