This is a big game for us. Only a win will do imo. I doubt we'll change formation but I'm hoping for quite a few changes in the line up. Jussi should be dropped and Bogdan given a chance, get Wheater in for Knight, Kakuta in for Eagles, Ngog and Tuncay should start in attack. Is Holden ready yet? Get him in for Mark Davies. The players who played yesterday need to know they're not automatic starters.
3-1 Tuncay, Ngog, Klasnic
Come On You Whites!!!

2 - 0 Norwich. If he swaps certain personnel, we will win but I doubt that's going to happen. No signs so far that Coyle is going to drop some players.
Wouldn't it be nice if he came out after the game yesterday and said something along the lines of, "changes will be made, no doubt about it." All I heard, was lets take our medicine and move on....
If there are no changes, in either the result or players, then I think Coyle's future should come under abit of scrutiny. He is not immune and we've made a very poor start; regardless of who we've played.

fcúk me. It must be bad if Jamster thinks we're going to lose now. I don't think I've ever seen you predict a defeat before. To be honest, we actually have 3 more points than I thought we'd have by now, so I think we've started quite well!

Disagree. I think 3 points from QPR, Man City, Liverpool and Man Utd is a reasonable start. If we beat Norwich as we should then 6 points from those matches is a good start.

We will beat Norwich, I am going for a 3-0 win.
But for fcúk sake Coyle please don't play Knight and Eagles, what was the point of signing these players such as Wheater but sticking with the same side that is getting dicked every week.

Norwich don't look very good to be fair and with us hopefully going to make amends for a shocking performance yesterday, we will put these fuckers to the sword.

We're expected to beat Norwich so, of course, we'll lose.
Coyle should make changes but it's ridiculous to suggest Klasnic will be left out, the only one who looks like scoring. The guy deserves a decent run in the team.

I thought Klas was one of our best players in the United game. He spread the play beautifully at tims, gets shots in that you wouldn't expect. I think he would work well alongside Ngog. Home against Norwich I think 442 ish is probably the right way to go. For the sake of not changing too much too soon... Jussi Boyata Cahill Wheater Ricketts/Robinson/Alonso (depends who is fit) Eagles NRC Holden Petrov Ngog Klasnic Wheater, Ngog and Holden come in. Because we are at home against Norwich it would be a good game to break them into the team rather than some tough away game. We can always have Knight, Pratley, Mavies, Kakuta, Tuncay to come on if needed. Eagles starts because despite not having the best of starts to the season he does have some abilities and a game against these lot could help to boost him and it is the sort of game for him to really show what he has got. It would be too many changes to bring in the unproven kakuta from kick off. Also beter than playing Mavies wide.

Klasnic doesnt deserve to be dropped but if any he is the striker who will be.I dont want to turn into a SKD basher as i think he's been superb for us over the years, but its really pissing me off now how he starts week in week out regardless of form. I fully expect the only change to be made will be mavies for muamba.

mavies for muamba.
That would've been the sensible thing to do against the dmbs. Against Norwich I'd be tempted to play Mark Davies.

Personally I thought NRC was brought in to replace Muamba with Pratley in as cover for Holden - as NRC and Muamba are more defensive mids and Holden and Pratley attacking mids. Pratley may be shite (I don't know) but for now I just think it is another one of Coyle's dubious team selections -eg. Knight for Wheater, etc.

SWP looks annoyingly good playing for QPR, miles better than anything we have going forward.
I think eagles will eventually come good but he really needs to put in a performance against Norwich as he's been poor so far, then again so have a few of them. Especially Robinson v utd. If eagles doesn't pick it up i'd like to see tuncay out there.
Would like to see ngog start as I thought he did well when he came on. When we play Davies and klasnic up front its just too easy to defend due to the lack of movement and pace.
Must win. 2 or 3 -1 to us

I think the team should look like this Jussi Boyata Cahill Wheater Robinson Eagles NRC Holden/Pratley Kakuta Tuncay N'Gog Bring on Klasnic in the last 15-20 minutes. I'd drop Petrov because he is lazy and can't defend for shyte. We should at least give Kakuta a chance, and not do another Vladimir Weiss. Hopefully Holden will be fit, but if not, Pratley should be given a chance, and we shouldn't play Mavies or Muamba. Hopefully about 3-1 to us. Tuncay, N'Gog and Klasnic.
