What is the point of having a "General Banter" section but making it quite clear banter is not allowed?
Since sluffy went into rehab the moderating on this site has become ridiculous. It's great the racism has been kicked out, but everything else should be left as it is. If people want to contribute to a tongue in cheek death threat thread then let them. If they want to abuse Amos or Dave or me then let them.
Let the public decide what is funny, not DannyW who has contributed bugger all to this site since I joined. He claims it's boring, but it's not upto him. Especially as he doesn't post anything that couldn't be found on the official BWFC site.

If it's kept to General Banter I don't see your problem. This is a forum, there should be banter and, dare I say it, arguments. Those Amos threads are very funny and I'm not the only one who thinks that way. As far as I can tell there's only ever Le God moaning about them. |

No, you're right, there's about 3 of you. Unfortunately we aren't here to just to cater for the whims of three or four posters just cause they post alot, we're trying to make it so everyone will find it interesting. You make it sound like we're dishing out warnings and locking threads left, right and centre when the fact is we've locked one thread, and even that's only cause it's something that's been done about 100 times now. |

I think they are forgetting this is my forum, I can't be arsed with abusing Amos though, he is a retard who should be ignored. I actually pm'd him on the return from his latest ban in the hope he would stop being a retard but other than him thankfully cutting out making stupid unrelated comments to whoever he has an issue with. He is still a tool. |

There is just no pleasing some people and Natasha, you are one of the main people who fall into that category.
When myself, Sluffy and Danny let things lie, we get complaints about being too lenient, but when we try to nip something in the bud we get criticised for being too tough.
Banter is banter but if we start allowing threads about death threats to remain open then we are doing something wrong.
People whinge and moan when this place is quiet but when it is only busy because a couple of people can't stop arguing, it doesn't appeal to anybody reading the site. If people stay on the right side of the line then there are no problems.

Its very boring and predictable.
I came over with a lot of other people when White Love finished on Traf's recommendation.
I dont think any of the others are still here.
When WW's went down there was a thread on how wank this place was, Sluffy tried defending it but couldnt really.
I think it has potential though so I'll hang around till the coup.
