I used to watch this show on VH1 where a celebrity selected his/her favourite songs, it was called Ten of the Best, I always wanted to go on as I have fantastic taste in music. Anyway, to make it a bit simpler I think its better to make this Six of the best. What would your 6 of the best be? Post a link to your favourite!
Here are mine:
1 Marvin Gaye - Ego Trippin' Out (Odyssey Studios Mix) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q4UjKiARKaE&playnext=1&list=PLD9435B41D1D8DE10
2 Curtis Mayfield - Move on Up
3 Marvin Gaye - Sexual Healing
4 Bruce Hornsby and The Range - The Way It Is.
5 Kanye West - Through the Wire
6 Summer in the City - The Gutter Brothers

Some decent songs there Malcolm. Shame Kanye West found his way onto the list though. I will list my 6 once I've decided.

Difficult to narrow it down to six as it depends what mood I'm in but I'll have a go...

Stone Roses - I am the Resurrection
Joy Division - She's Lost Control
Clash - London Calling
Pulp - Common People
Buzzcocks - Ever Fallen in Love
Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit

I was at a gig once and Dinosaur Jr came on, no one had a clue who they were, but for 5 minutes or so they rocked. Then they left.

I saw Dinosaur Jr at a festival once. They were pretty rubbish that day tbh. I quite like Feel The Pain by them though.

He's had his moments, early NWA stuff was groundbreaking and The Chronic was a great album. But he's responsible for Snoop Dogg so he's also a bit of a tosser.
