Must admit it isnt a massive surprise with the lifestyle she had. Must have been still battling drug addiction after getting in with a very ropey crowd.

You're right, none of it was her fault.

I have deepest sympathy for those that perished in Norway. I have none for Amy Whitehouse - she was given a talent and wasted it.

Knew it was coming but I'm still bummed.  Music today is just so awful, she was a rare talent.

I dont feel sorry for her at all and it's entirely her fault. She has wasted her own talent and career by making the wrong choices, thats all I was ssying.

Sad for her family...what a waste of talent at such a young age.

She is now a member of The 27 Club

Very much this.

I actually quite liked her music, but she was ultimately a smackhead.

The only difference between her and a burglar was she was blessed with talent and didn't have to rob for a living to fund her habit.

Except one was Friday, one was Saturday and news is current affairs.
Well, that and the fact that she actually isn't getting more coverage on the news if you bother to put it on.

On a more pleasant aside.

Before the drugs and drink took hold she looked well mucky - I would.

I didn't just mean in this country, in other parts of the world she IS getting more coverage.

Should have said.
