I may have asked him to ban that account and he suggested I let the dust settle to which I reluctantly did and then he closed it. I may have also asked the invisible mod to ban the account. It could be either but look to the analogy again. |

That is basically the whole of Wanderersways because a lot of them know each other, probably because of the site to begin with and it has gone on from there. I know No Bollocks Barry because I use to work with him, he uses this forum because I use it, ITK fact. |

For the record - and despite a number of requests from a certain individual - I did not ban Mrs Sharps - indeed I suggested that banning her (or locking / removing the thread) would potentially make things worse him - as everybody had by that time seen Mrs Sharps remarks anyway and it would seem that he simply wanted to gag her from saying anything else.
The banning of Mrs Sharps ip address would also have the further disadvantage (or advantage!) in that it would also prevent her spouse from posting from that address (which I presume is his home) also!
I did however feel that a BWFC football forum was not the right and proper place to be for normal folk to be washing their dirty laundry in public.
Surprisingly (or maybe not!) when I wasn't about on the forum this same person made a request of yet another mod for Mrs Sharps to be banned and it was felt that as domestic disputes had no place on this forum, that Mrs Sharps account should be suspended pending the decision of Manny the site owner.
He took the view that perhaps contacting Jeremy Kyle maybe be more helpful to resolving the Sharps domestic difficulties than airing them on here and therefore indefinitely blocked their home computer access to the forum - and thus allowing them to spend more time to talk to each other face to face rather than over the internet.
As for the author of this thread - if you are not happy as to how this forum is moderated then please just let us know and we will be more than happy to delete your account.

So. Just for clarity as I dont want to break the rules and get banned.
I have witnessed 3 bannings whilst I have been here .
First was Wendy who was banned for life for questioning a mod never to return. If I remember rightly, it was a decision met with some disgust and a fellow mod even resigned over the decision. She also received an apology from the site owner saying he didn't agree with the decision but basically had to back his staff.
Second was Sharps who was banned for life for racist and homophobic postings. He then went to another forum and was banned from there for similar. This was when he was welcomed back with open arms.
Thirdly was Mrs Sharps who was banned because Big Sharps (who has recently got a life ban for racist and homophobic postings remember) demanded it.
As I have now been threatened with a ban I need to verify my above observations are correct. I am safe as long as I make sure I do not question Sluffy or upset Big Sharps.
If I post whilst wearing a white hood and holding a Queers Burn In Hell placard, not only will I be safe but also championed?
Again just to verify, its not a pop, just want the guidelines making clear as what is and isn't acceptable is a bit confusing.
