Theres a rumour going round on Tw*tter that Steve Kean has been placed on gardening leave after a dispute with the Venkys mob and could be sacked today. Anyone got any decent Blackburn connections?  Wink Bit of 7/2 available at William Hill

I am surprised, you would think a drink driving manager would be a must have.

There is some truth in this rumour. The fans don't like Kean and would love to have Sparky back. He is currently a free agent and is a much safer pair of hands than Kean.

I hope not, Hughes is a good manager and would probably sort them out.  I like Blackburn being wank.

Jackburn cannot even afford free transfers at the moment.

They had to pull out of signing some Argie they had on trial due to the constraints the banks have put on them due to there overdraft.... the guy was fairly unheard of so wouldn't have been on top banana.

The whole places is falling apart... if they don't sort it out soon then they are down and out. They've sold Jones and you can expect Samba, Holliet, Robinson, Kalinic to follow soon... 7/2 on them getting relegated...

No chance they could afford Hughes... to be fair even if they could would he want to work for the chicken faarmers? They're complete jokes.

I don't even mind if they don't go down so much as long as they are in or around the bottom three all season again I'll be happy, keep their idiotic fans' ridiculous egos in check. We know you won the Premier League you inbred wanker, you also are the only club to win it who went down (four years later).

Steve Kean thinks that Jokeburn can make it into the Champions League in four years. I pity people who are deluded.

I think he's probably just telling the Venkys what they want to hear so he keeps his job a little longer. He'll be gone before the end off this season.

If they get proper investment they could do.

doesn't look like they will though.

Longer Kean stays, better we'll have it. It rules them out as a serious rival in terms of league position. As soon as he goes, their new board will have to appoint well or all hell will break loose. As it is the fans aren't quite sure what to make of things while Kean quietly ruins their club.
