I've just had a quick read on the internet and apparently it's bullshit. Our flesh dries when we die and pulls away from the hair and nails giving the illusion they have grown.

You poke your nose in all you like, but to then start giving it the 'someone's-long-lost-uncle' bit looks quite pathetic, and to add personal insults to that simply oozes the desperation of a fellow struggling to uphold their original point.
