A mate of mine ran over a Deer 3 week's ago, It was defo dead, is car was a mess.
Anyway he hung it skinned it a cut it up.
Just tasted the free meat and it was lovely, Tender & very tasty, with Pan fried Chip's (in butter) pot's & mixed veg.
Can it get any better??.

















O it just did Found some nice cold Artois in the fridge, Happy  day's. Cool

I don't like venison. The meat is a bit too strong for my palate plus it's too dear.
