I was having some chips last week and someone insisted I tried salad cream with them and I have to say it was quite an enjoyable experience. Which sauce do you like best with chips?

Gravy is the best thing for chips.
Brown sauce, ketchup, salad cream are all good though.

Apart from salt and vinegar the only sauce that should go on chips is tomato. Brown sauce is for bacon and Mayo is for salads.
