I'm guessing most people on here would choose football as their favourite sport if asked.

So what is your second favourite sport?

I like most sports really but it is kind of like the 'events' that I like the most.

What I mean is that golf is ok but I love the Ryder Cup, or cycling is all about the Tour de France for me, or an Ashes series is a lot more interesting than any other cricket games.

You can keep you Boat Race though!

I agree with this. I never watch golf or cricket unless it's the Ryder Cup or the Ashes. I quite enjoy Rugby League and Union but only if it's a big game. My second favourite sport was probably boxing but is now MMA.

I've seen dwarf throwing on tv so it does exist.

Dog fighting isn't my kind of thing tbh.

Better than basketball though.

A bit sad, but can't watch any other sport, but like Showjumping when it's on.

Showjumping is better than basketball so you're not the saddest person here.

I was brought up on Rugby League, so that would be my 2nd sport, but basically will watch most sports. I have ESPN and like the American sports like Baseball, basketball and NFL, also Aussie Rules football, only ones  I won't watch are horse racing, formula 1, showjumping, speedway.

As most know on here the NFL is easily my second favourite sport, at times it really does rival football for me mainly because of the variety it can have. Every year every single team has a realistic shot of winning the biggest prize, as opposed to knowing its at best 5/6 teams who could win it, but more accurately its one from two.

I also like the "events" like Sluffy, I enjoy the World Snooker Championship, Wimbledon (or I did when England had a decent prospect)... I can't get into non-contact sports very well though. The likes of Cricket, Golf, motor sports etc, they just don't do anything for me.

Can't say I really follow any sport apart from football, but I do tend to enjoy any live events. Been to the boxing, ice hockey and cricket (which I normally despise), and enjoyed them all.

I'd probably say golf if I was pushed as at least I have a vague clue how t play it and it's a relaxing way to spend the afternoon in front of the box.
