Villa pay £5m to get rid of Houllier and now Rafa Benitez is the favourite to be appointed manager at Villa Park?
Didn't another club make the exact same change before, giving Benitez millions of pounds and years of patience to build a new side, and by the time he was finally sacked the squad was arguably worse than the one he inherited.
(As if the decision to appoint Houllier in the first place wasn't shite enough!)
