The season may be over but the awards just keep on coming and we are giving you the chance to vote for your 2010/11 BWFC 'Goal of the Season'.

Throughout the course of the campaign, Burnden Aces members have been voting for their 'Goal of the Month'. The winning strikes for each month have been compiled into another vote, allowing you to vote for your favourite goal of the entire season.

Below is a list of the goals you can vote for:
Goal 1: Robbie Blake v Birmingham City (August)
Goal 2: Martin Petrov v Manchester United (September)
Goal 3: Ivan Klasnic v Stoke City (October)
Goal 4: Johan Elmander v Wolverhampton Wanderers (November)
Goal 5: Stuart Holden v Blackburn Rovers (December)
Goal 6: Johan Elmander v York City (January)
Goal 7: Daniel Sturridge v Everton (February)
Goal 8: Lee Chung-Yong v Birmingham City (March)
Goal 9: Daniel Sturridge (first goal) v West Ham United (April)
Goal 10: Kevin Davies v Blackpool (May)

The forum poll will close at 1:15pm on Friday 10th June 2011. You can also vote on the main website and that poll will close at 10pm on the same day.

Votes from both polls will be merged together and the overall winner will be announced on Saturday 11th June.

I thought Mark Davies against Blackpool was goal of the season but as it's not on the list I will go for Holden against Blackburn. Fúcking brilliant.

The list only features goals that were voted 'Goal of the Month'. Mark Davies finished second in November, behind Elmander, so does not feature.

FWIW, I would have voted for Davies if it was included in the poll.

he may be a pr!ck that pissed off to turkey but elmander's v wolves by a country mile. Mark davies' would have been close. Holden's was good but not in the same class as elmanders, he's just liked by the fans!

Holdens was scored seconds after conceding an equalising goal. In more than 25 years of watching us I don't remember us ever doing that.

Gone for Elmander v. Wolves but the Davies goal v. Blackpool is far and away the best.

I voted Holden against Blackburn, but in retrospect I should have voted for Elmander's goal against Wolves.

Johan Elmander's strike against Wolverhampton Wanderers last November has been voted as 'Goal of the Season' by Burnden Aces visitors.

Elmander, who left the club at the end of the campaign, saw off competition from Stuart Holden's volley against Blackburn Rovers in December to claim the inaugural award.

The Sweden international wins the award with 42.62% of the vote, with Holden coming in second with 35.52%.

Below are the final results of this year's poll:
42.62% - Johan Elmander v Wolverhampton Wanderers
35.52% - Stuart Holden v Blackburn Rovers
6.56% - Daniel Sturridge v West Ham United
  4.37% - Kevin Davies v Blackpool
  3.28% - Ivan Klasnic v Stoke City
  2.73% - Lee Chung-Yong v Birmingham City
  1.64% - Daniel Sturridge v Everton
  1.64% - Robbie Blake v Birmingham City
  1.09% - Martin Petrov v Manchester United
  0.55% - Johan Elmander v York City

He might have been a waste of money and one of the worst strikers I have ever seen in a wanderers shirt but that was some goal and well deserved to win.
