Ward impressed me today, his effort in the 2nd half was good but I am not sure he looked ready for our first team yet.

Would anyone try to take Makail-Smith from Peterborough and see if he could make it at premier league level....even if it didn't work out I am sure we could easily sell him to a lower league club in the future with his record.

Ward didn't do much but neither did the rest of his team.

Mackail-Smith looked very sharp and pacey. I would love him but maybe he's destined to someone bigger than us or perhaps he's happy to give a season in the Championship for his current club.

They said Norwich were poised to get him?

Hardly a big a club?

Ward was ok but the team were awful all long punts and aimless rubbish he had one good run that was about it.

He'll have to get used to service like that.

To be honest as much as I would like for us to give Smith a chance their must be a reason no big teams tried signing him when they last got promotied.....just look at his team mate Boyd, he was given a chance at a championship club but was back at Peterborough a few months later.

Smith definitely stood out but he was hardly a world beater no better than someone like DJ Campbell or someone like that.

worked hard bit of pace a nuisance player.
