Asda Lincolnshire sausages, Spring cabbage and Jersey Royal potatoes. Three tins of Sainsbury's Thwaites mild and two tins of Stella Artois 4%. I had to take things easy tonight because I have been to an AA meeting.

Nope. I thought their annual fee was too expensive so I have plumped for the RAC.

That photo was taken at at the Fulham Bash at the end of the season party in 2001 to celebrate them getting back in the Premier League. As a bit of a wheeze, Al Fatheed  laced Jimmy's mineral water with Absinthe. Jimmy has never lived it down. He ended up dancing the Vida Loca in his Y fronts on the dance floor.

That must have been another night because that is me in the background of the pic, it was almost certainly taken in Coventry.  I'm the one who's wearing the England football shirt and has a tattoo on his forearm of the promiscuous Diana Princess of Lllltheytriedtomakemegotosexualrehabilitationclinicbutiwouldntgogogo dunking some Ginger Nuts in a pint of Will Carling's.

I had turkey salad, brown rice and two tablespoons of linseed oil for tea last night.  Yum!

Hill was Chairman of Coventry  so you are probably quite correct. His public image is in stark contrast to what he gets up to when he has necked a few beers. For an octogenarian he still has a decent pair of snake hips. Was the photo taken in ' Jimmys Bar ?'

P.S. Where do you get your Linseed oil ? I have tried Holland and Barrett but they don't always have it in stock.

I just get it form the independent health food shop up the road, but you can also get it in a lot of sports nutrition shops too.  H&B seem to have a wide range: http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/categories.asp?cid=20&searchterm=flaxseed%20oil&rdcnt=1
If you want it just for the omega-3 then get the capsules, if you want it as a fat supplement get the oil.

It's very nice but it's not a substantial meal on it's own.

No, it's lots of little meals that make you eat until you explode.
