There's no need, but if folk keep banging on about him, he might well just pack it in. We all know Manny's too busy to run the site at present due to his Uni workload and would need to make a hasty decision about either getting someone to help him, getting somebody to take over or just shutting it down.
He chose Jimbo last time and look how that has now panned out.

I don't think he should. I don't really know what has happened or what was said but Sluffy has never banned me so I vote he stays. She lives in America and can get a bit lippy so good riddance.

Nope.
Sluffy is easily the best moderator on any of Bolton's websites.If he bought either The Wanderer or WanderersWays I think he would have the talent,tact,football knowledge etc to transform either one of them into the super busy website that Bolton Wanderers sadly lacks.He can't achieve that on this platform unless either of those go tits up but it would be less busy without him.

I have a feeling Big_Sharps has been waiting a long time to get one over Sluffy, this has given the perfect opportunity  P.S I voted No, but from what I've heard, I think the ban was harsh. I once got banned from another forum for a little while, because I said something negative about Megson "enough is enough" these 3 little words got me a ban lol, it was during the time when this forum was pro-megson and didn't like a bad word said about him. |

Nope. Sluffy is far too lenient with some in my opinion but that is his view to make the forum a good place to discuss issues aswell as football and he has worked hard to make sure even the most controversial members of the site don't get banned unless there really is a proper reason.
I don't know what's gone on with Wendy, and I don't think any of us do, so until we know (if we find out) it's a bit presumtious to think Sluffy has all of a sudden turned into a forum nazi banning at will.

I voted no.
I have been on the receiving end, many-time, with regards to Sluffy and was even banned (some still say I still am to a point). Even now we dont exactly see eye to eye on many things and possibly my style of humour may not be definitely his taste. Now here comes the big BUTT (not yours DP - so don't worry).... He is an excellent mod and is very fair - although his patience can be pushed to limites by myself and a few others but I hold him in respdect for the job he does on here.
Whatever may have happened, although may seem harsh in our eyes as we dont exactly know what was said or done, it does seem harsh to be treating Sluffy like this. If I seem to remember there is another forum page only for the mods to communicate with each other, so it may not be a decision soley taken by Sluffy.

If that is the only argument you can think of, then why is it that you are still here considering you were banned as well? Are you not defying the banning order as well?

But you were banned - you dont actually know how long I was banned for - you are just assuming. remember I am using the same IP address as before - so is that being banned or not? (one word answer and its either yes or no) |

His new IP is thank's to Manny, more proof that he is not wanted on here yet still keep's coming back, I honestly do not know what he is trying to achieve, he must be the only person on the planet that would keep trying to get back onto a forum that he is not supposed to be on. I don't know how you would go about getting a new IP address but it all seems very sad and a lot of effort, sadly I do not think he can be prevented from coming on here with a mobile but that just underlines what a sad pathetic person he is. |
