There was a UFC on last night? Dammit, I missed it too. I want to fight on the UFC.

I don't think they would allow somebody to fight with make believe martial art achievements.

Malcolm, if you are serious about it then the Wolfslair in Runcorn is the place to go. Quinten ' Rampage ' Jackson comes over from America to train there with Michael  ' The Count ' Bisping.

I know a couple people who train with them there. One has actually fought in the UFC.

Proper hard bastards.

A friend of mine works out at a gym in Warrington. He is a UFC fan. He is in the changing rooms when who walks in but Rampage himself. My mate was gobsmacked and asked him what he was doing in Warrington and he explained he was training in the UK in preparation for his fight with Forest Griffin. My mate reckons he is a decent bloke with no airs and graces and a good sense of humour. He is quite a big bloke and actually walks round at about 225 lbs when he is not in training.

The two people I know who train at the Wolfslair know Rampage quite well. One of them is a training partner of his. Like your friend says he's a decent guy apparently and is up for a laugh.

Same, I want Rampage to win but he will not. Jones seems a bit of a Phenom to be honest and could go on to dominate for years.

Not twatted exactly but Rampage did not even trouble him and could never get near him, Jones was never in danger.

First man to stop Rampage.

First man to stop Rampage.

Jones won by  rear naked choke submission in the fourth round. Sharpy,   Rampage was submitted by Sakuraba   and sparked out twice by Wanderlei Silva in Pride. The fights are on Youtube. In his second fight with Silva he was knocked out straight through the ropes.

I see Rob Broughton got beat. How did he look? He's another of the Wolfslair fighters and used to be the Cage Rage champion a few years ago.

I didn't see the Broughton fight. I have always rated him having watched him fight in the UK. He was beaten on points last night.

The full re-run of UFC 135 is on ESPN tonight at 10pm.

In UFC I meant Aidy.

Broughton deserved to lose but was very tough and the other guy did not look to be hurting him.

He's been training at MusclePharm. Not sure if that's a permanent thing or was just for his fight with Jon Jones.

UfC 138 takes place this Saturday night in Birmingham. It's live on ESPN.

The fight card is as follows:

My predictions are in brackets.

Chris ' The Crippler ' Leben vs Mark Munoz  ( Munoz via stoppage )

Brad Pickett vs Renan Barao  ( Barao via submission )

Thiago Alves vs Papy Abedi  ( Alves via submission )

Terry Etim vs Edward Fellatio  ( Etim via submission )

Paul Taylor vs Anthony Njokani  ( Taylor via K.O)

Rob Broughton vs Phillip De Vries ( Broughton via stoppage )

Cyrille Diabate vs Anthony Perosh  ( Diabate )

There are a few other fights on the card but I am not familiar with the fighters. Rob Broughton is very deceptive and Paul Taylor is a very good kick boxer.

Just a quick reminder if anyone is trying to give up X factor. UFC 138 is live from Birmingham from 8pm to 11pm on ESPN.

Ha Ha Ha. Nice one Anjum. It's Swan Lane Mill! I have a black belt in Origami. I don't beat them up, I tear them apart.   Wink
