It has gotten to the point now where it is obvious we actually want to sell Cahill, and that isn't going to do anything to help his value.  The only talk about Cahill leaving seems to be coming from people associated with BWFC.  Not sure Coyle has played this one particularly well.

Lawrenson is a twat. Why they still have him on MOTD fúck only knows.

BBC have quotas to fill.
Garth Crooks is black,
Hansen is a Jocko,
Lawro represents the pink pound.

Doubt it, Traf. More like the mentally under-endowed.

They've got Shearer, Dixon & Claridge for that.

After seeing Cahill's body language in the Chelsea game I wouldn't be surprised if he put in a transfer request Tuesday.  Looked absolutely livid throughout.

Cahill looked livid? He was no better than the rest of them last night.

Cahill will be staying at Bolton. Just watch a re-run of the Chelsea game for confirmation.

She's right.
Nobody in their right mind would meet our asking price after that.

Didn't say he had any right to be angry but he sure was pitching a few hissy fits.

What right does he have to be angry unless it was at himself, I hope plan B for us rebuilding the team with the Cahill money is praying that we find a money tree because no fucker will want him for the money we are asking and in this current form nobody would want him anyway.

Frankly I always thought the rumored £17-20 million asking price was wildly optimistic.  If we’re planning on getting that much in order to rebuild the squad then yes, we’d better have a plan B.

Yeah he's been utter garbage for his whole time at Bolton.

Why did we buy him again?

Well Cahill has had some good games for Bolton - so he's performed at some point.

is he a world beater, no.  He plays for Bolton so obviously not.

I don't see why he's taking so much flack at the moment, hardly the worst player we've got.

He's not, but similarly he's also on a run of poor form.

Cahill is a poor defender, regardless of who he plays for. I've seen every game he's played for us since August 2009 and I can't think of one game where I thought he dominated.

Defenders good enough to play at the top level have the odd dominant game. They don't make game changing mistakes every couple of games.

I wouldn't say he's poor, he's a bit above average in terms of premier league defenders but he's hardly the commanding presence and organizational genius who commands £20m.  Most of us as Bolton fans are semi-realistic at least and know that any even remotely respectable offer should be seized upon and accepted, his value is only going to go down from here on.

After seeing Cahill's body language in the Chelsea game I wouldn't be surprised if he put in a transfer request Tuesday.  Looked absolutely livid throughout.

Not sure I saw that really but I'd be livid too if I was shíte and so were the rest of my hapless teammates.  He might be a cut above the rest of our defence but a cut above a turd is still nothing to celebrate.  Cahill doesnt seem the type to throw a strop and hand in a transfer request though, I think he'll play for us until summer and then bugger off with his pal Elmander.
