I am sticking up for him here. I read about this over the weekend & have heard some stories about the inicident. It appears some pissed up nobbers were giving him & his mates some shít. Now I think the lad's a prick but he's gone playing for his home town, he's gone on a night out & really does he need that shít as he's leaving a club (which is where the incident allegedly took place)? Our players used to go round town win lose of draw & rarely got the earache I bet he did. Maybe he'd had enough of it. I wonder if the other lad's now going to sell his story.
I agree with some of what you say, but he's still a knob for going round town in the first place.
With his money he could have flown to Paris and been relatively anonymous, but he chooses to go out in a City where he is known by everyone. Silly boy.
