Home tie against a non league outfit on 8 or 9 January.

I am not sure what kind of attendances they get where they play but I am guessing they will bring a few thousand down for a big cup tie.

Should be able to rest a few key players.  Hopefully, the fringe player's desire to impress will more than match the effort of the York players, who will no doubt be up for it.

It won't happen but we should be trying to get double figures in this game.

I would put a strong side out and put about 5 past them to stamp our authority on the game.

Why can't this be away! It's ages since I've seen a new ground! Agreed on the full strength, but we'll have played four games in 13 days by then so I don't expect it to be. We'll need to rotate at some point but even if we do it should be a comfortable home win over them.

Bogdan, Alonso, Rodrigo, Blake I expect will get a run out and maybe a few youth players.

I wanted this as an away game to be honest as there will be fcúk all in terms of atmosphere from the home fans.

Just had a word with my good mate Wiki, and they are one of the best supported leagues in the league with and average home attendance of 2,500+.

For once I can see us turning up and playing some football instead of throwing it and concentrating on the league.

Bogdan deserves his place at the very least. There are enough talented squad fillers knocking around for us to make a decent fist of this.

I would like to see some of the young ones given a run out, I do think we should be taking this competition seriously though seeing the decent start we have had.

I'm hoping for a good cup run this year. Hopefully we're not going to be involved in a relegation battle and we'll put stronger teams out in the cup. Saying that I expect Bogdan, Alonso, Rodrigo, Blake, Cohen and other players who don't play regularly to be in the team against York. Should destroy them still. 8-1.

Coyle is very down to earth and pragmatic about our achievements, but I suspect, like most managers, beneath that calm exterior is an ego as big as the town hall.

I can see him wanting to play out the 'local hero' role and a nice cup run in his first full year as manager would be an ideal way to do it.

We know we can beat anyone, full strength all the way, nice easy draw to start our potential great journey.

We don't need to go full strength for this tie, they are 14th in the BSPermier so if we need the likes of Juss and Lee for this tie then they have signed Kaka and Ronaldo from Madrid before we play them in January.

Bloody hell Eaves and Ward should be enough strike power to beat them, though it will be there cup final and will go all out for a replay at least.

I would love to draw this so we can go to their place, it's been ages since we got a lower league team in a cup match away from home... any ideas when the last one was? I wouldn't count Donny away as one

Draw it? that would be embarrassing. Can't see people plauding us and Coyle anymore if we don't win, more like laugh at us.

Maybe not, I just really want an away tie at a non league/lower league ground. We'll just have to put 6 past them and hope we get another in the next round.
