To be fair to Taylor he didn't do bad when he came on today.
he looked early for a diagonal ball instead of dallying on the ball and having to punt it down the line.

Average at best today but another point away from home. Saying that if we'd played half decent we'd have got all 3 points cos Wigan are shíte. Petrovs form is now starting to worry me. He was rubbish today. Not as shíte as the worlds best referee Howard Webb though. Hardly gave us anything all game. Best player on the pitch was Holden. Well done Elmander for another goal.
Come On You Whites!!!

Moreno had bags and bags of space down that side, we should have taken advantage of that a lot sooner than we did.

Holden was outstanding, tackles like an angry terrier but with a decent touch.
Davies looked sh*te, but the amount of headers he won (well, when the f*cking ref didn't blow anyway) with 2 defenders on him proved why he starts ever week, he likes sumat off X-Men sometimes.
Big numbers from the whites, almost sold the whole end, considering how poor our home support is now (gone are the days when we'd fill the upper tiers).

We were in the bottom corner to the right of the pitch and it was almost full there; nearly full from what I could see. Pity is was a poor performance but another away point when so many had off days is encouraging.

Crap performance, we seemed scared to go at them....probably because our defence looked so shaky.
Petrov, time for a stint on the bench. Shite player, as I told you when we signed him. Lee, start fcuking performing you stumpy shite. Cahill, £15million? Laughable. The Frank Spencer of the back four.
We missed Klasnic badly, it was the perfect time for him to come on about 20 mins from the end.

Does anybody feel klassnic would be ready and be prepared to accept the fact that he would now be used as an impact subb

missed Klasnic badly? How do you work that one out. He had three/four involvements last time he played. 1st. Wasted posession. 2nd. Scored. 3rd. Booked. 4th. Sent off.
ok - great that he scored but apart from that he doesnt get involved enough really. If we were creating enough chances for klasnic to have an effect then thats fine but we werent, it would have been a waste.
******* I think Moreno should be getting some more game time. Possibly as a sub for Davies or even as a starter on the left of midfield. It would be a mistake to go back to Taylor. Yes he played some diagonal balls early. But that is all he did really. Even when it wasnt on he still did it. And another couple of passes that came off were either mishits or he got lucky on them. He chooses the wrong option too many times.

You should make another of your pathetic Youtube things and tell the world how poor Taylor is. Last one you made we got an International out of it. Taylor did fine yesterday, involved in the goal and played some nice passes.

Bolton will always miss a player who can score goals as Klasnic has proved. I don't care if he comes on for 20 minutes and spends 19 of them masturbating so long as he pops up with a goal during the other minute.

As long as he does number 2 every week i really couldn't give a fcúk, he is the most techincally gifted finisher we have had in years.

Is Klasnic a chronic masturbator?

Well that serves me right for predicting a big win I guess. It was the damp squib the majority predicted but I agree with the line that we didn't play well, but got an away point. And it's nice again to see how we responded to going behind. In recent years going 1-0 at Wigan would result in a loss, every time. While we didn't get the win it was nice to see the guts we showed to wrestle something from the game.
It was good to see such a healthy following aswell. The atmosphere was great from us for the most part, and it was even better in the Venue pub we went in after the game. With it being right next to Wallgate station it was perfect to avoid queues for the train, but it was packed with Bolton fans and we had a good chant session for a a couple of hours - reminded me of being in Europe again!
It seemed like it was full of "proper" Bolton fans, the old guard who remember seeing John Byrom, Willie Morgan etc. Interestingly Turkey and his crew were nowhere to be seen.

Finally got a chance to watch the game this morning, I'm in agreement with most of the assessments that we were generally pretty poor save for the opening 20 minutes or so, but managed to bag a goal and get a draw despite that. I'm glad I don't get that feeling any more that once we go behind we are sunk.
Bright spot once again was Holden, Muamba also had a decent game though if only he had a bit of passing ability we would be twice as effective in our run up play. Nobody was particularly bad apart from Steinsson, I think Wigan were able to adapt successfully and the McCarthy injury probably helped them as Diame played pretty well. Too much time & space afforded to the likes of NZogbia but Robbo did put in one potentially goal saving tackle near the end there.
Moreno looked great too, bags of pace & looks confident. Happy with the 1pt.

Very poor performance, Wigan gave us to much respect the first half and looked a much better attacking side the second half, we have to stop relying on SKD, when he's good hes outstanding when he's poor...well he was poor Saturday, showed his age puffing and panting and not bothering to chase balls he would normally go for, not all the team was poor, Holden once again our star performer, Muamba as always and the subs made a difference, dissapointed there where plenty empty seats in the away end, at £20 a ticket it was a poor turnout!! I still think we will be in the relegation battle at the end.

PLENTY of empty seats? I was in the bottom corner and not many empty seats from what I could see. Agree with most of your other comments though buddy. We are much better this season - by a long way. The problem is there is no obvious relegation fodder at this stage apart from maybe Wolves. Its going to be a tough season but not just for us; could be 12 -14 sides struggling this season

Nearly the same attendance as when they played Wolves and the Rugby Team where in the playoffs that day? I just thought we may have filled the away end and some of the stands, saying that I wished I had stayed home, what a crap stadium/fans!!

We took quite a few to be fair Gareth. We didn't sell it out but from a quick glance on MOTD we looked to have sold most of it save a few hundred on either edge of the stand. While we weren't great though yesterday I still am happy with the start to the season. As RUR2R said there isn't an obvious relegation candidate but that to me means there is every chance that if we get our act together, we can leapfrog a few teams and finish top-half. Teams like Blackburn, Liverpool and Everton have been poor this season and while I expect Liverpool to rise eventually, I don't see why we can't finish above the other two.
West Ham still look relegation-quality to me, and their results suggest so though I know they've had the worst fixtures of all to start off with. West Brom have surprised me but they will drift down the league over Christmas, and Blackpool are already slowly starting to sink aswell. We just need to keep doing what we're doing, staying unbeaten, picking up the odd win here and there, and we'll be fine.
