Andrew Flintoff has retired.

Thank fcuk.

Truly one of the biggest wankers to "grace" any sport.

Never has anyone gone so far on so little talent.

Flintoff = legend

Brilliant all rounder, when on his game he was the Messi of cricket along with Pieterse.

I was talking about his cricket not his personal life.

I am not a huge Flintoff fan but he comes across as you're average joe like Ricky Hatton as in someone who you would love to have a pint with.

I don't follow cricket, but I was just listening to an interview with him on Talksport.

He seemed quite down to earth and just one of the lads. Pretty much what Sharpy has just said.

He played well in one Ashes series. One good series does not make him a legend.

Two Ashes to be fair. Was the star of 05 in paticular Edgbaston and then in 2009 when he was next to retirement but still managed to take important wickets.

99% of people apart from hardended cricket fans could not give one about England outside of the Ashes(like me). Flintoff has been a superstar in one famous Ashes test, and a top performer despite being injured in another. Plus having abit of ,like Sharps said, a Ricky Hatton "working class hero" vibe about him will cement him as a legend despite his off the field antics and his generally inconsistant career.

As someone who has had the misfortune of meeting said "hero" on numerous occasions I can assure you this media image that is portraid is a load of rubbish. You could not meet a more arrogant person.

Expect him to be all over the media in the coming months...another talentless product of Britain in 2010.

Maybe it is a similar personality clash.

I'm confused here.

I'm sure Henson's a vain, conceited Welsh tosser, but I like digestives.

He is and the fake tan he had on that day had a faint aroma of biscuits as well as making a right mess of the samples he was fitting for me.
I think he actually thought I was attracted to him. Aye, alreet, Gav.

I've just googled him and apart from being in a Wigan shirt, that's a sight I wouldn't mind seeing too.

Jesus we've gone from one low with discussing Cricket to somehow getting onto Rugby.

Can someone give me the Crown Green Bowling results from the weekend?
