«
on:

Yesterday i brought a set of car seat covers from Halfords. I went to put them on today and they didn't fit. Would i get a refund as i haven't used them and all the accessories are still in the bag and haven't been opened?

Did you keep the receipt?

Depends. Have you christened them?

How do you know they don't fit if they haven't been opened?

If at first you don't succeed, use rohypnol.

Yes i have the receipt and the fixings are still in the bag unopened, the seat covers them selves just came in a zip up bag so just folded them up after realising they didn't fit.
Unfortunately, i didn't have time to christen them and i don't think the customer who brought them after they had been returned would have appreciated that if any evidence was left.

Well if you have the receipt then they should do. They have to right?

Meh I don't think that will be a problem. Trust in the receipt.

They don't
have
to just because they don't fit and he has a receipt. That said, store policy might be to offer a refund regardless if they can still sell them.

Why don't you put them on eBay for all the retards to bid on them, thinking they're getting a bargain when it's actually cheaper to buy in the shop?
