Still a set of complete bastards - even without Aldridge in charge.

Just reminiscing then about former footballing enemies of ours from the lower leagues............can you name any more?

They still around?

I used to hate Crewe, now they were a bogey team.

You / I have to be a brave man to walk past Gigg Lane these days.

Used to play 5 a side on those pitches on their forecourt - always loved smashing someone into the boards who was wearing a rag or bucketshakers top.

Ha, good job.

Met Phil Neal there once as well, him and Dean Crombie were watching some reserve game at Gigg and came and watched our 5s league for a bit afterwards. I was starstruck with Crombie, less so with Neal.

I fcuking hate tranmere. Proper scum that lot. Other teams I hated from our lower league years are......

Barnsley - wankers. I think they were a bit of a bogey team for a while. Could never beat the twats.
Derby - (unts. I used to hate that big, black lad who supported them. Coin chucking wanker.
Swindon - twats. Can't remember why but I hated them.

In fact I fcuking hate everybody. (unts.

You never get a second chance to make a first impression, so just give the twat a good shoeing, he'll respect you.

That was quite surreal, when she popped up for a night. Odd girl who I presume hasn't paid her broadband this month, or maybe she's been banned from her local library.

Bury. As I've said before I won't forgive them for ruining my first ever away game, and I don't care how big the gap is between us, there is a rivalry there. It is just one that has been forgotten. For the record, we haven't won on their ground since 1929 - 13 meetings without victory.
