Jeru's first two albums were genius, following albums not so good. Illmatic, the first release from Nas, is one of my top 5 albums, but again the following albums have been pants. Mos Def is a good rapper with poor material, Kanye is pop and Royce typical of the modern day shite that is about.

Can't argue with any of that really, Kanye is pop but infectious as hell and i like his production value not on his auto tune album though that was horrible and a disgrace. Illmatic is a work of art, Ny state of mind might be the perfect rap song.

Do DJs these days really get a fortune to ponce around like gay boys and play records? I bet Alan Freeman wishes he could start over again.
