Sorry I meant T Mobile claim I took the phone through carphone warehouse not that I have.

Ok look I feel your pain. But a simple question needs answering here. When you took your current contract + phone out with T-Mobile did you

a) Go into a T-mobile shop
b) Ring up T-mobile and do it over the phone
c) Go to the T-mobile internet site and do it there.
d) Go into Carphone warehouse.

Sorry for the question but I need to be clear who we are firebombing here.

I'm confused too. If you didn't get the handset through Carphone Warehouse why did you say you got it through carephone warehouse in the first post.

I mistyped you mod twat!

I honestly cant remember how it was done apart from it being done online because my girlfriend did it for me whilst I was at work but Carphone Warehouse said the phone was not through them and I choose to believe them as T Mobile proved leading up to telling me that they did not supply me the phone to be nothing other than incompetent and a shambles of a company.

I mean what company when you go through the usual automated options puts you through to somebody that is not cabable of dealing with the repair of your phone despite the options you going through stating otherwise.

For fĂșck's sake, lads: the answer is simple.

Firebomb both Carphone Wankhouse & Twat-Mobile.

So long T Mobile and Sony Ericsson and Hello Orange and HTC, my new HTC HD2 should be here in 30 minutes and it does everything from deport illegals to wanking me off.

The guy next to me at work has got one of them and does make strange noises every time he uses it, so could be true.

Firstly I know people will say why dont you go with O2 or Orange but with somebody with a credit rating as piss poor as mine T mobile was the only choice.

I took out the contract in May 2009 and it was for 18 months and after a few months the phone was dicking about and after sending it back it came back in exactly the same fucked up freezes constantly state, I couldnt be arsed sending it back again so I used me dads but he wanted it back about 6 weeks ago so I had no choice but to deal with them twats again.

Gets sent back today and low and behold it is exactly the same and still does not work. I ring them up to demand they replace the phone with a new one, they agree but then because I took the phone out through Carphone Warehouse, it means that T Mobile only have to fix it and cannot replace the handset.

Now I have to fanny about up horwich at some stupid repair centre to get it fixed.

Any help or similar experiances would be appreciated.

Don't be such a fcuking prole, maybe I should teach you how capitalism works, then you might not be so poor.

You had me worried when you said it makes loads of noises but I have not had any problems with it.
