Seems like a load of crap to me. If the image rights had something to do with him signing the new deal before he left, he only served 6 months of that deal. Surely we can't be owed much money if any.

A form was served at the Chancery Division of the High Court last Friday, with the claim relating to image rights and an alleged breach of contract. As well as Anelka, Bolton are also pursuing their claim against a company called Kalivions Commercial Limited. The company owned Anelka's image rights and subsequently agreed the image rights deal with the club. The court papers are not available, but it is believed that the claim is substantial.
