So I'm driving back from a customers warehouse today near Warburton's bakery and notice that there are Fire Engines and Ambulances blocking my way home.

I hope everyone who works there is OK?

My mum works there and I can vouch for the fact that there have been no injuries. 300 staff evacuated, proper flames, apparently smelt like toast for the trains going by (oh the irony), but no-one hurt. There isn't much more anyone knows at this stage, or anyone that can tell my mum anyway.

That's good, my Dad's working nights so just thought I'd ask.

I've already heard that they're bringing out a limited edition loaf, Super Toasted...too soon?

Does you're mam get the bread on the cheap? My dad used to be a security guard there about 6 years ago or something like that and he used to bring the teacakes back with him and they are immense.

I thought they'd launched a loaf named after Diddly, but on closer inspection it was "Thick Cut"

Can someone please tell me why Warbuton's Super Toastie costs a few pence more than Warburton's Medium Sliced?

Surely it's the same loaf sliced thicker?

I used to get free cakes like cherry bakewells when my friend worked at park cakes, sorry to everyone at Warbies.

Can't beat an oven bottom barm with some delicious filling.

Yes I think she does. And yes, the potato cakes are immense. And the crumpets.

To be fair Sharps it was a tongue in cheek comment, anybody working in a factory had to have fucked up in school.I once whilst on winter leave signed up to an agency, and got 2 weeks work at Peter Hunts, fcuking hell these people had been there for years,I lasted 2 days, classy Kearsley birds shouting out "show us yer knob"whilst wheeling a pallet full of gooey shite out to the bins, nah fcúk em factories although important to the economy should be filled with eastern Europeans and pondlife from Farnworth, and Kearsley.

You could substitute "factory worker" for "holiday rep" and it would read the same.

If you were 18-25 perhaps, not if you were 48 with blonde highlights and needle marks up your arms.

The blonde highlights are because of the sun, he is not Julian Clary or owt.

Firstly Nathan how exactly does most peoples dream job(mine) equate to being herded by public transport, sticking a piece of cardboard into some kind of timepiece. I would love to hear your explanation on this one,you have come out with a lot of shite on here, but my word this is your biggest fcúk up to date.

Your'e reading me all wrong here I used to be a famous politician leading the highlife, jetting off to exotic places at the tax payers expense,to ease my high profile stress. Then in Summer would take the Family to the far corners of the Earth,on tax payers money, just to piss em all off,I would pay my staff bonusses,so as to claim them back from the tax payers.I now work as a Holiday rep to keep the Tax man off my back.Does any of this sound familiar Natasha?.
