I mean like the schools that start with saint but st for short
Them schools are for people who read bibles and go to church, I know people like Homer Simpson is a christian but he doesn't like going to church, so I guess some christians also go to a public school.

Is this post some kind of a joke? I am trying to understand, but I am getting flumoxed now. You do know there are schools without a saint in the name which are a Christian faith schools, don't you? Do you know what a public school is?

I thought a public school was like Smithills or Little Lever? You know like a public bus, open for anyone? but a private bus[like a limo] has to be ordered, but you don't order a school, but it's still different.
I thought schools with st, were the only ones with people who practise religion more than say a school who do R.E once a week. Like having sunday school? and preying? and hymns?

I'm actually interested in what happened back when Jesus was born and died, is there any evidence? or is it just story's from the bible? But I've never read it, probably a few times when we learned about the cross and lent. I actually was a shepard and carried a lantern in primary school.
I know there is evidence of Dinosaurs, but because they can't find Jesus's skeleton even though it might of dissolved now or even a grave makes it all mystical.

Didle, you need to look up what a public school is, please. My niece and nephew go to one of those, and they pray there too even though it's not called Saint anything. They also speak Latin. Please, I ask, just google.

Ok I did and I see google is not my friend, it's one of those places you sometimes sleep at night in and usually same sex if the 1st link is correct, like that school on the film wild child. I thought they were called private and you have to pay?
So what do you call a school like the one in inbetweeners or Deane school, smithills school, etc.

You went to Smithills, right? Reading your explanation of a public school, then I'd probably have to call it a special school.

I thought public was something open to everyone, like a train. I thought the opposite was private.
Public
Private
Saint
So is something like smithills, just called a school, no word before it.

Zoe Ball and Amir Khan are probably the most famous people who went to my old school.
Anyway getting back on subject, this thread is closing in on legendary in my opinion. I don't think that was on subject.
Anyone wanna detour this thread in a new direction, maybe modern medicine perhaps?

As much as I would like to claim I have been[because it would help make me look a little cleverer to my fellow forumees], I honestly can say the questions and thoughts I had just came out of my brain whilst I was reading messages. The amount of times I need to check google is redonkulous lol.

The beauty of a forum though Didle is that you don't have to type the first response that pops into your head. Come to think of it this works for real life conversation aswell. If there's something you aren't 100% about then you can check it before you talk about it, so that you do know. It may take a whole 20 seconds of your time like, but is it not worth it to learn something new - even a small thing?

Not quite"modern" medicine, Didle, but you might be near the top of the list as a prime candidate for a lobotomy.
