Not exactly the most exciting competition but if anyone wants to win then follow the link.

Which former Bolton Wanderers player and manager had a spell playing with Osasuna?

Sammy Lee.

Dilemma for this. I was going to go to this match but with it being a Friday evening it's looking like I'll be out for a slap up meal for a colleague's leaving do. What do you all reckon I should do? Bolton or meal?

I'd give both a wide berth.

There'll be more folk at the meal, but both will have a shite atmosphere.

I'd rather watch Traf watching his own piss evaporate.

Home pre-seasons are dull as ditch water IMO. At least travel and make a trip/night of it.

Why the hell is this match on a Friday evening???  I work regular nights and as it's a Bakery then Friday night is one of our busier nights so i have no chance of attending the friendly. I can't see the sense of playing a pre-season friendly on a Friday night!....what's wrong with playing it on Saturday afternoon?Huh

Now I can speak from experience I can safely say away friendlies are absolutely as dull.

1. If your bakery is Warbies: you might not be working. It's currently on fire.
2. Osasuna is on a Friday, because we've a more important game the day after.
