site errors and running slow

I dont know where else to put this so i will post here. Im having problems with the forum today, it seems to be running very slow and timing out (all other pages i have open are working fine) and ive also had a connection error with this message.....Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.

Maybe the people who's network you piggy back on and Internet you steal has put tighter security on their network, fcuking gypo's!

Not had any reports of it being slow. If the message about being unable to connect happens, just give it 5 and try again. Nothing I can do to sort that as it's an issue with the server and beyond my control.
