Really? For me Gio's was better, longer distance and from one angle to t'other. Tevez was fantastic though, so much power!

 I also thought Forlan's freekick against Ghana was worthy itself of winning best goal.

I thought the German goal where Schweinsteiger ran through half the defence before crossing it for a tap in was superb and my favourite

Didledee's top 3 for me, in that order, but with an honorable mention for Gyan's goal against the USA in extra time.. brilliant, strong forward's goal - took it down out of the air, outmuscled 2 central defenders and smashed it home.

It was pretty identical to Van Bronchurst, from left said to right, both top corner but Van Bronchurts was like 20 yards more out.

The lead up play to Shaballlaldingdong was good though.

The lead up play to Shaballlaldingdong was good though.

I agree Shaballlaldingdangdoo's goal was good.
