Hello everyone Smiley

If you are male pretend you are female, this is a big enough sausage fest as it is.

Thanks Sluffy Smiley

I first started following the Wanderers when 5ish I think.

Favourite player? Hard question, I dont really have a favourite, my favourite players have been, Ivan Campo, Okocha, Djorkaeff, Bergsson and you cant forget Diouf for the banter even though he plays for the inbreds now, favourite player in the squad right now, it has to be Kevin Davies for the shear effort he puts in, hes not the most gifted player but the effort and commitment he shows on the pitch every game is great, I just wish other players in the squad could put that amount of effort in.

Good reply!

What are your hopes for the new season - Europe, relegation or something in-between?

Yeah season ticket holder, North Stand Lower mate Smiley

My hopes for this season would be to play exciting football and excite the fans, thats what fellow Bolton fans seemed to want when we had Megson in charge although I also thought it was a discrase that if something went wrong the fans would get on the teams back which ultimately led to us throwing away a lead (the Hull game last season including others) anyway I dont want to start an argument.  Back to the point, I hope we can play exciting football without making our defence wide open and conceading too many goals.  If Coyle can get his "never say die" attitude into the team we should be a force to be reckoned with.  Im not going to guess what position we'll come next season, football is too unpredictible to guess.

Hi Oneandonlywanderers

Good news: You have passed the initial test. You seem like a good poster.

Bad news: The 'lol' in your first post now means I shall have to quick fire questions at you, and this will become regular protocol for all new posters to test whether they are allowed to converse with me in the future.

Megson football and 17th or good football and relegation?
Cup final or European football?
Diouf or Stelios?
What sort of Films/Tv/Music do you like?
Do you like any other sports?
Katy Perry or insert woman of your choosing?
Do you like Holland?
Have you ever been to Amsterdam?
Have you ever been in a sports cafe?
Do you prefer men pretending to be women or Dutch liars?
Do you post on any other forums?
If yes, have you ever witnessed a poster meltdown to the point that he is put on suicide watch?

That is all.

You serious jimbo?

I will answer the football related questions since im on here to talk about Bolton and im bored.

Id rather Megson football and 17th.
European football.
Tough call between Stelios and Diouf, I couldnt possibly choose one.
I dont follow any other sport but football.
I like Holland football team, I cant judge the country since ive never visited Holland.

Happy jimbo?

Well done One and Only - smart reply!

(I'm with you with the Megson / 17th too - even if no one else agrees!).

Yeah silly question really. Megson and 17th or good football/relegation/loss of best players/and we'd most likely go bankrupt and the atmosphere at the reebok would get even worse and we'd get attendences like we did against Sheff Utd in the cup for every league game.

I think most people would take Megson and 17th Sluffy. I certainly would. Although I simply put it in because I can remember quite a few at the time of Megson's awful football saying I'd rather get relegated than watch this, it's taken the fun out of going, at least when we were in division 2,3,4 it was fun to go and watch and have a laugh etc. etc. etc.

Your answers are acceptable despite the lol, and I was pleased you didn't pick Diouf over Stelios. Since you avoided the other questions, my only advice is beware the general chat section.

I'm sure Megson wouldn't have got sacked after Hull if the club had been in 17th place.
The problem for Megson was that he had the club in the bottom 3 after messing up the  easy Christmas games against Burnley and Hull.

I would rather have gone down despite all the risks, after the 4-1 against middlesborough it was truly unbearable having Gary Megson as our manager.  His tactical cowardice was not fitting of our proud club and I was delighted when he got the sack and OC came in and I know he will do his upmost with us at the forefront of his mind.
