Well hello there.

Finally got round to doing this.

Nineteen year old Bolton fanatic.

My first game was at Burnden, we beat Tranmere 1-0. Alan Thompson scored. 1994 season I think. Can't remember any of it.

Ever since then, I attended the odd game with my Dad until he thought I was old enough to understand the game. He got me my first season ticket in 99/00 season and have watched the Wanderers ever since.

Attended a few away games with my Dad aswell. My first away was Bury on a Friday night. We lost 2-1. When I turned 15 I got my first job as a paperboy. Since then, I have been able to afford to attend away games with my mates, and I have missed six away games in the last 4 seasons. Got my first 100% attendance last season. I even went down to Arsenal twice, got there the first time, and within ten minutes of us being there, we heard it had been called off.  Angry

Current favourite player - Fabrice Muamba
All time favourite player- Per Frandsen
Best player I've seen in a Wanderers shirt - Djorkaeff

Hello and welcome Youri, great introduction.

27th December, 1994 was your first match then.

Greatly admire your attendance record - you probably saw Chris Rabz from here a few times last season - as he had a 100% record too.

Hope you find this place to your liking and I look forward to reading your views and opinions.

Quick question - have you always though Muamba has played well - or just since Coyle became the manager?

Welcome aboard Youri, suprising choice for your favourite player at the moment but I think it's a good choice as I think he will be playing for england in the next couple of years.

Welcome to the board, I bet I'll have seen you around at some matches. What stand are you in at'reebok?

Muamba impressed me from day one, his debut against Stoke.

Such a talent, people may laugh but I truly believe one day he will play for a top 4 club and go on to make that defensive midfield role his own in the England side. I truly believe that.

For a player, what 21 years old, to have the ability to make a tackle and always win it shows his class.

Since Coyle came in, his passing improved, and he scored that goal against Wigan.

For me though, to get the best out of him, he should not be allowed anywhere near that 18 yard box. He needs to sit just in front of the back 4, tackling for fun and passing out to our wide plays, ala Makalele.

Don't know if anyone has seen this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pEqwlKFAk94

I was at that game and he was just outstanding.

Your a guy with an eye for a player I can see that, I have thought it for about a season and half now that he has the potential to be the best defensive midfield player england has had in years.

I saw a fair bit of him in the under 21's championship last June and he was immense.

Another fake poster. No one in their right mind would choose Muamba as his/her favourite player. Not even his Mum.

Hi, great intro.

I too think Muamba is quality and if he could just improve his passing would be a great option for england seeing as they cannot get Hargreaves fit.

I do think he'd struggle to make it into a top team though just due to him being limited. Even if he becomes world class in his role of breaking up play, tackling and running down everything...and I think he nearly is there, he would have to add a technical side to his game to make it at a top 6 club. He can offer England more than he can offer a top Premier League club, as a top Premier League club will just go and buy someone who can do what Muamba can do but with technical ability too like Essien or to a lesser extent Mashcerano.

In one way though I hope he stays how he is, we could quite comfortably build our team around him for the next 10 years if we can keep off interest from the big 6 teams.

If we could persuade the board not to sell Cahill and keep him happy (even though I would not blame him if he went to somewhere like Arsenal) like you said Jimbo with Muamba, Cahill and Lee we have 3 good players to build a very good team around.

Why not? He does a great job for the side. It's better than everyone choosing fcuking Kevin Davies like you isn't it?!

Welcome aboard Youri.

Muamba is a talented lad, will be nice to see how he develops.  Muamba, Cahill, Lee and (hopefully) Alonso will give a us a youthful core to the side that we can build on......and then probably sell for vast profits.

Welcome Youri.

azreal that's what really worries me, it really does suck, unless we get proper success[i.e like Champions League] with our better players, the big teams will know doubt take them away from us in the near future.

You sound surprised. It's been happening for a 100 years.
