The FA once again prove they don't have the stones to make a big decision. If they stand to lose £6million then Capello was always likely to stay and we are now stuck with him.

IF the squad is the same come the next friendly I'm disowning England till they get a backbone and start making radical changes.

Well I think we can safely predict that Ferdinand, Gerrard, Upson, Green, Lampard, Wright Phillips and lets not forget Heskey will be their or their abouts....... How about giving other people a shot Fabio - just a thought like.

Most of our 'stars' will have walking sticks by the next World Cup. I'd think that Johnson (city) Milner, Cahill, Agbonlahor, Hart, Muamba, Lennon, and Rodwell will be our main men by 2014.

I doubt we will be setting the world alight with that side in years to come unless theirs some serious fcuking improvement in coaching.

Disagree,

Might not look world class on paper but I'd bet the next generation serve up more than these failures.

Terry, Rio, Gerrard, Lampard etc are all international failures no matter what they do with their clubs.

Johnson is will be better than any wide player we possessed at this world cup
Muamba is already better than any defensive holding midfielder we took to this world cup
Hart will be better than James/Green
Lennon will be four years better and more experienced ditto Milner.
Rodwell will be a star
Cahill if he continues to progress and makes it at a big team has all the potential to be as good as Rio Ferdinand...at least he'd have a chance of being fit.
You'd hope Rooney would be a lot better by the next World Cup and in his prime.

Wilshere will be better in 2014 than any Englishman at this World Cup.

At this stage there might not appear to be a Gerrard/Lampard marquee player, but then when was the last time either one of those gave England a marquee performance. For Lampard about 2004/2005. Gerrard 2001?

9 wins out of 10 in qualifying and he was the best manager in the world. Unfortunately a poor squad lead to a poor World Cup and he's just as unpopular as Steve McClaren.

There's nobody out there that could realistically do any better so I'm quite happy he's staying on. He needs to listen to the fans and the media now though and cut losses on the older guys and bring some of the 21-25 year olds into the side.

At the moment we don't need superstars, makes me laugh when they call some of the players that we had in the competition that to be honest....

Anyway what we need now is a system like the germans have, they may not have the best players but the players they have know what they are doing, know how to play that way and are good at it, instead of us who we just have individuals playing their own way.

..........Hart.....

G.Johnson......Cahill.......Shawcross?(maybe not but you never know).........Warnock..

Milner......Muamba........Rodwell.........A.Johnson........

.................Rooney..........A banged a whore........
