I think the players know how to turn it on when it comes to the better teams as we seemed to destroy croatia home and away so I wouldnt take the previous 3 games into consideration.  I have a horrible feeling we will horribly crash out again in a way where we get fucked over by the ref.

Goal scored about 3 yards over. Not given. Ridiculous. Happy with that Sepp Blatter you fanny.

A lesson in efficiency. Smiley

Time to get rid of the 'golden generation'. We need a manager with the balls to do that.

It should have been even more than 4-1, but we scored a perfect goal to make it 2-2, then a different game happens, but there is no point denying Germany deserved the win and our defenders got a pasting, Germany counter attacks were fantastic.

Did Capello say he will resign if we didn't get through the group stages? Fancy taking it one game further? Come on you arse bandit, do the decent thing, hand in the resignation and get Big Roy in charge. At least at the next world cup we'll have rid of all the underperforming tosspots (apart from Rooney) and maybe we'll have a team like the Germans, who have just completely torn us apart.

I'm envious, they looked awesome but England were so, so shíte.

Well Germany showed us how it should be done, I now have no respect for the likes of Gerrard, Terry, Rooney etc. etc. They are all overpaid little children, who did not even try to get back in the game after Germany's third goal, I feel so sorry for the fans who payed thousands upon thousands of pounds to be there, they all should be refunded ASAP. Oh and well done Germany. I now want a English manager, who has the balls to drop the so called 'stars' in our team, and give the likes of Dawson, Cahill, Agbonlahor, Huddlestone, and even Muamba a go, at least they will give a shíte about their Country and it's fans.

I'm looking forward to a backlash against all footballers in general. Those 11 men out there were supposed to be the cream of English football.

I'm hoping one or two get shot (as they would in Columbia) upon their return to make the next generation start taking football seriously again.

Let's not get silly. Most people would have picked a similar team to Capello...the simple fact is that, as a nation, we don't produce world class players anymore.

The sad fact is the team put out today was generally the best 11 players we have....shocking.

I couldn't give a shiny one that we have been knocked out. The England players and manager are overpaid arrogant pricks who care nothing for the fans.

Thank goodness the ridiculous hype about we're going to win the world cup can be brought to an end for another 4 years.

If anyone in this country is stupid enough to think that the goal that the linesman didn't see would have changed anything then they know nothing about football as apart from about 15mins at the end of the 1st half we were shocking and 4-1 did not do it justice,

And to be honest the germans are not a great side but because we are so poor we made them look like world beaters, mark my words the Argentinians will make them look ordinary,

Not one England player went to applaud the fans for their support after the game. The players just do not care, they are not arsed. Remember 1990, the players cared, they gave their all for England, now the players think they are doing the country and a fans a favour for playing for England. They don't give a monkeys. And that is the reason I do not care or support England. Bunch of arrogant, overpaid tossers.

Not a great side, but they are a great team. That's the difference.

Had the Lampard "goal" been allowed to stand, it would have been a different game but when you look at the goals we gave away, we have no room for excuses. We were lucky it was only 4!

We conceded straight from a goal kick, we conceded 15 seconds after we took a free kick on the edge of THEIR box and we conceded 15 seconds after a throw-in, which was also level with the edge of their box.

Lawrensen said it on commentary, you'll have seen goals like them all over the country this morning in pub games. To happen in the last 16 of the World Cup is an embarrassment.

The other teams in the world cup seem to play for the country but all ours seem to do is just turn up, collect their wage and fcúk off back to their celebrity life style getting paid way too much by the club they play for.

I said it last year when the under 21's played that they would give so much more and die for the cause to play for their country but these sets of twats don't give two fucks,

Rooney quite clearly thinks he is doing the country and fans a favour playing for England and we should be thankful to him - hence his comments after the Algeria game. This is the world cup, it should be a magical experience that all players dream of.  They care nothing.
Look at New Zealand, they are a pretty rubbish lot in terms of quality, the goalscorer against Italy played for Halifax and Mansfield but the players gave everything, they loved playing for their country.
Its like Greece in Euro 2004, they weren't the best players but they gave everything and played for their country. We would be better playing players who maybe not as good as some of these bertie big bollocks but will give everything. At least we will be cheering a team who are trying and care. I cannot stand cheering for these absolute wankers.

fcuking disgusting performance, there is just so much I want to say but I just dont think they are worth my time and energy to even bother typing about.

fcúk off these big time charlies and bring in some young and some untested blood that will be hungry in preparation for the next world cup and bring in a new england manager in Alan Shearer, the germans did it with Klinsmann and he got them to the world cup finals. If it is good enoiugh for them then it is good enough for us.

I was thinking more along the lines of Hodgson or Hughes.
