So far which teams do you think have under achieved and which have over acheived.

Obviously, the main under acheivers are England, Italy and France.

The over acheivers i think are Ghana and Uruguay?

You could argue that North Korea have over achieved.

I personally they just played with some balls and didn't have the training to see it through. Sort of my favourite underdog this tournament.

Well Portugal put paid to that today, and I also think it's amusing when comparing Koreans as underdogs as usually they are on top of them digging their knives and forks into them.

It's hard to say any of the big nations have under achieved yet since all still have some shot at going through, but you have to say France look like being the first major casualty of SA2010 tomorrow. It'd be a major result for them if they were to qualify amidst all the chaos surrounding them at the moment.

As for the rest who have so far not delivered, most of them will probably reach the knockouts it's just how far they get.

Over-achieving though for me has to be New Zealand, and all credit to them even if they don't go through. Anyone who can stop the current world champions must have done well.

I said before the tournament that Uruguay will be the surprise package of this tournament. With a strike force including one player who has scored a goal a game for his club this season, and his partner one of the form players in Europe at the moment (Forlan and Suarez), they were always bound to do well.

I tipped them to make the semi's and I'll stick by that.

The shock of the tournament is France. Even though they had a poor qualifying campain, with players like Henry, Ribery and Anelka you would expect something from them.
