Two intact going into the knockouts, can't moan. Ghana take on the Yanks, but Portugal face Spain. I could well be two to zero in one go.

You've only paid for one so if you win I'm keeping the money.

Im sorry but come on, I can understand S.Korea losing to Uruguay but USA to get beat by a team who's star man got relegated with the worst side in portsmouth history and fucked up a penalty in a FA cup final is just taking the piss!

The one consolation I have is that Ghana are still alive - sorry Aaron And Manny your £2 is always here I can't give you it if I don't see you though! Portugal next.

Well I'm up against Squidgy tomorrow in what is for me the potential fixture of the tournament so far. I know a few of the "thrillers" such as Brazil-Portugal have been washouts so far but none have been winner-takes-all. If I can get through then it's either Amos or Just_Lou in the next round (or whatever she calls herself now!) As for Ghana it's Craigy boy next, come on lads

The last 8 has been decided and thanks to Spain's win over Portugal, everybody left has an equal chance of winning the sweep.

Seeing as Craig-J disappeared I think should Uruguay win the WC I should claim the prize pot as I was the final tormentor that saw him off.

I'm proud of how well Ghana did, it makes up for the shambles that is our own national side. I didn't actually see it live though so the heartbreak was minimised.

Weststander, DannyW, Squidgy and Craig-J are now just one game away from the money.
Amos is out after Spain beat Paraguay tonight.
