Bump

Has anyone got their season ticket yet? I'm getting mine and my mates ticket online when the cheque clears in a couple of days... I've never bought online on the BWFC shop before, is it a piece of piss to do? I can't see it being hard but are there any hidden 'admin' costs or any rubbish like that?

I'll be renewing when my bank balance stops looking like a rape victim.

It's fairly easy to do online, saves listening to 'Wanderer' on repeat 4 times before being served.

I'll be doing it online because the prices are a little cheaper. For people paying by card though, just double check any add-on fees they might charge.

Have another look at it. I'm sure I read somewhere that if you're 21 or under sometime in December, then you qualify for an under 21 ticket. I'm in the same boat as you two so I'll be looking at the pack again.

I was thinking at the time it says nowhere im sure that it doesn't say if you buy it before your 21 but you are 21 when the season starts you have to pay adult prices.

Finally done it, what a ballache that was. It kept choosing crap seats! You can't take your exact pick of which seats you want so you have to keep putting them in your basket until you get one you want and then remove the rest off. Took me ages!

If you didn't want to change your seat you could have just registerd your season ticket on the bwfc ticket page then your seat would have automatically come up and you just click renew or something like that.

Renewed last week.
System needs a few tweaks. Couldn't link a wheelchair ticket to the Disabled Car Park - had to go to the Reebok for that. And they weren't sure if the system will issue the Carer ticket too - might have to go back again.
Otherwise easy for renewals. Don't know about new tickets.

Just had a look through the application form so for those who are 18 or 21, take note:

Under 21s must be 21 or younger at 14/08/2010
Under 18s must be 18 or younger at 14/08/2010

It's on the first page of the application pack, under Step 2. So if you're 21, you can still get the U21 ticket.

I didn't have one last season with me working away. I got them but I know you can change your seats when the seat transfer deadline passes so I'll be doing that when more seats become available.

I tried swapping seats online but as you say its so complicated to get the seat you want its ridiculos, what is wrong with just having an option with available seats for you to chose from.......

It's usually around that time or a couple of weeks before so don't expect your season ticket until August. I don't know why people complain so much about not having their season ticket anyway, as long as they have it by the first game then what's the big deal?!

Yeah it's a bit of a shíte system to be honest, it doesn't really look like it's designed for football and has just been drafted over from some theatre type ticketing system that Ticketmaster usually use. It definitely needs some major improvements to be any good in football. Then again, if you're not bothered where you sit then I guess it's fine.
