Congratulations go out to Natasha Whittam and Jack Blundell. No they haven't got married, they have won the site's games for this season.

Natasha was crowned champion of the Prediction League last month and finished the season on 109 points, 55 points ahead of yours truely, who finished in second place. Craig-J finished third with 59 points.

Jack, meanwhile, was the winner of the Fantasy Football league on the Premier League's website. The league as a whole ended 26,308 out of 193,333 in the world.

Information on next season's games will be released after the fixtures have been released next month and I hope to see more of you joining in.  Cool

I thought this was one of those forum awards where you vote on things like 'person you would least like to meet'... which I have won on another forum previously!

I missed the deadline for Stoke away! I would have predicted a win as well. Those missed points look so valuable all of a suddon.

Oh well, 3rd place it is! I wonder if Tasha Whittam's tactic of predicting us to lose every week will work as well next season (Our first full season under Moses)? Wink

The fixtures come out on 17th June so it won't be long after that. A thread will be posted on here and an article put on the front page.

Seeing as you'll have about 2 months to register, don't go blaming me if you miss the deadline.  Cool

There will be a couple of changes to the rules too.

I think I will give this a go next season, If memory reminds me correctly I was the winner of the official messageboard prediction League on SkySports and Wakey won Jimbo's Prediction League, which I never really tried in anyway Wink

For next season please can you put in an automatic 3-0 defeat so I don't have to enter a score each week. Thanks.

A lot of my lost points comes from laziness aswell. The last game being a perfect example, I had a 2-1 win with Davies to score the opener. Did I put it in the league? Did I balls, and missed out on what would have been my only 'perfect' prediction of the season. I always lose my way around December though, with so many games and so much other stuff going on I always forget a few!

There will be a couple of changes to the rules too.

For the new season you need to make predicting Bolton won't score worth a lot less than actually choosing a proper goalscorer. I think I predicted Bolton not to score 95% of the time and ran away with the league.

If you predict "No Goalscorer" then I'm taking away the 5 points you would get for having the correct goalscorer. I might try to add a couple of other things but I'm not worrying about that just yet.

Actually that could be a cracking idea!

I don't think it would be subject to all the constraints the FA have with our domestic fixtures.

I'll see what Manny thinks as he's more clued up on this sort of thing.

Very unlike you to come up with a good and normal idea, I suggest going to the doctors for a quick once over while Manny works out what to do.

I have an idea that I'll look into but I've just not had the time to do anything about it because of uni.

I'm having a bit of a chill out weekend (in the pub) but I'll come up with something before the tournament starts. Probably be a last minute thing though.
