I don't think Wilshere is quite mature enough to join the Arsenal first team on a regular basis at the moment. There's no denying he has quality, but definitely a young head on young shoulders right now.
I think another seasons loan would be in the interest of both clubs. It would need to be flexible though incase the Arsenal squad were hit with injuries. (I can't remember if they have a release clause in his contract this time around).

The Arsenal fans that replied to the article for the most part think it is a good thing to have him stay at Bolton, where he'll be able to play football AND get toughened up, too.

I so hope we get Wilshere on loan again for another season. If we get him, we're one centre-midfielder away from having a cracking midfield for next season. It's just a shame I can't say that about our defence or attack!

With regards to trying to get Wilshere next season, I think that such a deal would be beneficial for all parties. It'll allow Wilshere himself to get Premier League experience playing each week in an established and, hopefully, upwardly mobile Premiership team. That's far better for his development that playing reserve team and League Cup fixtures.
Bolton get one of the best young players in the country for next to nothing which allows us to then use our resources elsewhere. As he is an Arsenal player, he technical ability far surpasses any other player in our squad, maybe with the exception of Lee, and, if we're going to go for a change in style, these are the type of players we need. We'll then have two very good, quick, young, technically gifted wingers for the season and it's been a while since we could say that.
As for Arsenal, they'll get a player back with 18 months of Premiership experience which will have no doubt made him a better player. During this time, they'll be able to ascertain whether he is good enough for Arsenal. If not, similar to Bentley at Blackburn, we'll be in pole position to buy him.

I think we should do everything in our power to bring Eidur back home this summer! Either buy him or loan him, I'm not fussed. He said after he left that he'd love to play for Bolton again. Well, lets see if he's a man of his word.

Well, lets see if he's a man of his word. Monaco have already said there is no chance of spurs keeping him so there is no chance of that happening on that front and gudjohnsen would never come anyway. I dont know why so many fans hold him so dear to there hearts because since he has left he has never shown any affection to the fans or the club.

I think he's class - young Jack will be as good as any of the curent England midfielders - touch is amazing, and he's learning how to rough it up now as well.

Bolton eyeing summer swoop for Stuttgart striker - Bolton are lining up a move for German striker Cacau after he confirmed he was set to leave Stuttgart on a free this summer. Cacau rejected a three-year contract extension at Stuttgart in order to find a new challenge and Bolton manager Owen Coyle has taken note of the situation. Coyle will be active in the transfer market this summer in order to establish his side as a top 10 team. Money is tight, which makes Cacau a good signing, but Coyle will have to see off Wolfsburg and Sevilla. http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Transfer-news-Bolton-eyeing-summer-swoop-for-Stuttgart-strike-star-article379975.html

Never Heard of him. If Sevilla and Wolfsburg are interested, then he must be decent.
But we dont have a chance signing him if this is true.

Bolton are leading the chase to sign Sporting Lisbon's Portuguese Under-21 starlet Bruno Pereirinha.
Midfielder Pereirinha, 22, who is under contract until 2012, is being allowed to move to the Premier League on a season-long loan to help his career progress.
Super-agent Pini Zahavi is trying to broker a deal, with Bolton, Blackburn and Fulham all watching developments.
Pereirinha scored against Bolton in the UEFA Cup two years ago. Do we have the same scouts or something? http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Transfer-news-Bolton-lead-Blackburn-and-Fulham-in-the-race-for-Portuguese-Under-21-star-article381625.html

I presume this is some kind of wind up or late april fools: http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/2922499/Coyle-counting-on-Carlisle.htmlOWEN COYLE wants Burnley defender Clarke Carlisle to be part of his Bolton team-rebuilding next season.
Boss Coyle, who also wants Stuttgart striker Cacau, sees Countdown king Carlisle, 30, as the man to bolster his back four.
He's basically a poor man's Zat Knight who has only ever played badly whenever ive seen him play.

Hang on he hasn't even been a regular in the Burnley side, unless I'm mistaking it with an injury.

He has started 28 games for Burnley this season, Dont know about injurys. If anything he will be backup to Knight and Cahill. All these rumours are making me abit nervous. I know we have never had tons of money to spend, however, we have been linked with 4 players, 2 loans, and 2 frees.

I don't mind too much if they're loans or frees - we don't have much money to spend. BUT ....... they have to be decent Prem players at least.
