Yes he is doing a great job. Another clean sheet - again without Cahill. We have a good squad of players and if we can add the right players in the summer things will look excellent. We are playing good football, we have an excellent manager. I love Owen Coyle!

When we (probably) lose to Man United and Chelsea in the next few weeks I bet we get some anti Coyle posts, probably from Natasha Whittam.

Yes, starting to prove what the sane ones amongst us knew all along. One poor result at Sunderland didn't change anything. Straight back on track today. Got some tough games coming up, where no doubt some of us will be saying how shite Coyle is again, and how we should be booing our own players through the games, but the majority of us realise what an amazing talent he is.

Hilarious.
I get slated all week for going over the top about a 4-0 thrashing by a relegation rival, we do the same to Wigan and everyone thinks we're fecking Brazil.
Get a grip people, it was Wigan.

I've said it since he came in, beat the teams around us and we'll be fine. His only slip-up was Sunderland away. The rest he's passed with flying colours. Wins against Burnley, West Ham, Wigan and Wolves are the games we need to be winning to stay up, and he's done that. Who gives a toss if we lose to Chelsea, they're bonus points if we manage to beat them. Coyle is doing his job so far and next season he can ship out the deadwood and see some good times back at the Reebok.

It's an amazing result on the back of a 4-0 defeat in midweek. Anyone can see that...? 3 wins out of 4 is also very good form. I'm not quite sure what result you wanted today? 8-0 maybe? You didn't even think we would win so how you can't be overjoyed and stunned that we won 4-0 I don't know.

Of course I'm pleased we won, it was a great result.
However, I'm still bitter about Tuesday.

Coyle has turned games, where we would have drawn (under Megson) into wins.
probably, our last 4 games (if still under Megson) we would have drawn 3 and lost 1 - (3 points)
Where we have got 9 points out of a possible 12.
I think we will continue to win more games but may suffer more heavy defeats than under megson.
but draws are not good enough.

Let's be fair Wigan were woeful if I was a Wigan defender I'd be slashing my wrists right about now. But to be fair you can only play what's in front of you and credit to Coyle and co for doing just that. Just what was needed.

I'm actually with you in a way here. It was a win, it was a good win. It's been a good sequence, and we will probably save ourselves now this season. But to me that isn't an achievement, it's a neccesity. We can see by the teams around us that we shouldn't be in this position, and wins like that at the weekend should be the norm, although maybe not as emphatic. However with the type of season we've had Natasha you can't blame the fans after so many bad days and awful trips up and down the country, for enjoying themselves and having a bit of over-confidence when we do get a result like that.

So we're fecking Wigan and not Brazil? I hope we're wearing condoms...
